Return Policy – Custom Products
Because each order is made custom, to your specifications, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS for any reasons other than manufacturing defects (or shipping errors). We are happy to send you a sample of the fabric you are considering before you make your final decision. We are also willing to answer any of your questions via email or telephone prior to your purchase.
If you have purchased and received any merchandise manufactured in our custom factory that has a manufacturing defect or is not the size or color you ordered, notify us within 30 days via e-mail at our Customer Service Desk or call us at 800 77MY BED (800-776-9233). We will then provide you with an RA (Return Authorization) and the instructions for returning the defective or incorrect merchandise… and have it repaired or replaced. The merchandise being returned is NOT to have been used or washed. Cost of shipping and handling in these cases will be absorbed by Bed Linens, Etc.
